body of Christ

   This term has multiple meanings: (1) the resurrected body of Jesus Christ; (2) the Church, considered as the"mystical Body of Christ," including all who have been incorporated into the Church through Baptism (see CCC 787-796); (3) the bread consecrated at the Eucharist (see CCC 1373-1381); and (4) the feast known as Corpus Christi ("Body of Christ").
